A Comprehensive and User-Friendly Guide for the Security+ Exam
I am thoroughly impressed with this book! It arrived in excellent condition, much better than other books Iâve ordered online in the past. The packaging was secure, and there were no dents, creases, or marksâjust a pristine, high-quality textbook ready to be put to use.As someone with only a basic understanding of IT concepts, I was initially concerned that the material might be too advanced or difficult to follow. However, this book turned out to be a fantastic roadmap for the Security+ certification. The authors did a remarkable job of breaking down complex topics into easily digestible sections, ensuring that even beginners like myself can grasp the essential concepts without feeling overwhelmed. The structure of the book is one of its strongest points. Each chapter builds on the last, gradually deepening your understanding of the material. What really stands out, though, is how the final chapters tie everything together, bringing all the different concepts full circle. By the end of the book, you don’t just understand the isolated bits and pieces; you see how they all connect and apply in real-world scenarios. This isnât just a study guide; itâs a full learning experience. The end-of-chapter quizzes are incredibly helpful, allowing you to test your knowledge and reinforce what youâve just learned. In addition, the book includes full-length practice tests, which are invaluable for getting a feel for the actual exam format. The flashcards are another excellent featureâthey make it easy to review key terms and concepts on the go.Thanks to this book, I passed my Security+ exam with a score of 809. I couldnât be happier with the results, and Iâm confident that this book played a crucial role in my success. Whether youâre a seasoned IT professional or a beginner looking to break into the field, I highly recommend this study guide. Itâs comprehensive, well-organized, and user-friendlyâeverything you need to pass the Security+ exam with flying colors.

809 Pass First Try
At thirty I found myself requiring a career change as my life had stagnated and was going nowhere. So upon a recommendation from a family friend I attempted to get the Security + Certification. Yet despite working manual labor jobs my whole life with no IT history I was able to pass with an 809 score first try.The book itself is well written and easy to follow with the chapters being organized around CompTIA exam objectives which is unique to these books to the best of my knowledge. The material itself has a good flow and is easy to digest with quizzes at the end of each chapter that have in depth explanations to why answers are right or wrong which is extremely helpful. The book also comes with free online content such as multiple practice tests that once again have explanations to the answers. It also comes with premade flashcards covering acronyms and topics that has a built in option to check cards off as you memorize them.Needless to say as long as you are commited to the task at hand this book is a phenomenal teacher and resource that will get you to where you need to be. Take into account that it’s on the cheaper end when compared to other books and cones with a 12% voucher for the test itself it’s a steal. The Security + certification allowed me to get a better job and improve my situation for myself and my family and believe me if I can do it so can you.

Possibly the best guide providing all you need to pass the exam on your first attempt like I did.It defines all the objectives, along with their details. Additionally, the format of the questions at the end of each chapter are very close to the ones in the real exam. Finally, online resources contain 2 mock exams and flash cards that can be handy.

Okay book but the chapter review quizzes are a real mess. Typos, missing questions, missing answers. Seems that it was rushed. Also, the printing of the book itself is pretty low quality.
