How connect the camera to network after changing another router?
First, press and hold the “Reset” button for 5 seconds until you hear a “bugu” and reset the camera to factory setting.
Second, delete the camera from APP, then click”+” on Upper right corner and follow the steps to re-add the camera
Why can’t I get the notification with my cell phone app?
1.Make sure your mobile phone have allowed the notification permissions of CloudEdge APP;
2.Check APP have turned on the notifications, live revideo–>Settings–>Open“Reveive Alert Notifications”

What should I do if connect to wifi failed?
Please make sure camera is powered on and the indictor LED is lit on
Make sure use the correct Wi-Fi SSID, password, and application(CloudEdge)
When adding a camera, make sure it is close to the router to ensure your home Wi-Fi network is working well and the signal strength is stable.
Remove the plastic sticker on the lens and make sure camera recognizes the QR code.
Please press and hold the “Reset” button for 5 seconds until you hear a “bugu”, and then use APP to start re-adding the camera again.
If still failed, pls tell us.
The device goes offline suddenly?
Please check whether the device is in the power-on.
Confirm Wi-Fi network is normal, and the rounter had not change the password, or restart the router.
Confirm the Wi-Fi signal strength at the camera installation location is stronger than 2 bars.
If the device is located far away from the router, recommend to move the router to a closer place or add a Wi-Fi amplifier to improve the Wi-Fi performance.
Delete the camera from CloudEdge account and re-add it again (Press and hold the “Reset” button for 5 seconds)

Great camera
WOW! I am so impressed with this Light bulb Camera. Great business to work with too! So easy to set up it was unreal. Came with directions that you could actually follow, understand and they actually helped get the camera set up. You do need to download the VicoHome app. That also was so easy and fast. When I get everything set in my Android Phone. It walked me through everything step by step. It tells me that I needed an updated version of the app. I hit the button and it updated in just a few minutes and then I continued setting the camera up. Starting working right away. I am using Cloud right now for backup, but, I also added a SD Card. That was even easy to load with this app. The App. itself is easy to work with. It is on my enclosed front porch now and with us having the door open for a bit to put the camera up the windows steamed up. The camera is actually picking up movement through the steamed up window. I love that it has a flood light on it as I had to take out my light on the front porch to add the camera. I can control the light on my phone. I did need to use a light bulb extension socket with the camera as above the windows on my enclosed porch there is 9 inch trim above the windows. Had no problems with that either. When I set up the camera I had screwed the camera into a lamp in the house. I got everything going, then I unscrewed it and put it in the outlet on the porch. The app. immediately picked up the camera and did a scan for it to connect. It would of taken less time if I would have remembered to turn the light switch on for the light socket outside. LOL! Took a second to figure it out. I liked that it started working right away. I am still playing around with how I and what I want it to pick up. So far it is easy to follow and under almost of of the buttons to turn on and off on the App. it tells you exactly what it will do if you turn it on or turn it off. That helped me a lot. As far as the business I ordered from: Super fast delivery. i love that they sent me an email that had tips on setting up if you ran into any problems. It was nice to have a business reach out to me first to solve problems ahead of time instead of sitting here brewing because you can’t figure out what is going on and why it is not working. You can also reach out to them and they will help you. Needless to say I can toss the 2 other cameras I purchased awhile back since I could not get any answers to help me get them set up. I’m happy now i have some security. After I was all set up. i received an email from VicoHome App. with Articles that are helpful and how to get a hold of them if I have any questions. Very satisfied with my purchase. Thank You!

I bought this item because I wanted to use it for the front porch. It is an excellent deal for something so easy to install and use. The picture is clear, regardless of the time of day. If you are looking for something that does not require drilling but provides you peace of mind, then don’t go any furtherâjust buy one or multiple bulbs, and you are done!

It was simple to install, the app is easy to navigate, picture is nice and clear. I like the speech feature sound is nice and crisp. Also the light can be placed on a timer which I really like. The motion detector is a little sensitive, my flag triggers it a lot. If you don’t want to subscribe to a cloud service a sd card works fine. Overall I like the how easy it is to use.

Complete garbage
No instructions what so ever. The app instructions seems fine except it doesnt work…at all.For one it tells me resetting turns the light blinking red. It doesnt its always blinking blue. I enter my wifi and password perfect…it beeps to confirm a qr code scan…and just sits there doing nothingI have an eero with frontier and yes I paused my 5g network since it specifically.tells you to connect to 2.4…even tho the picture of it states 2.4g/5g but whatever…When i try doing the other method it asks to search for a wifi name that doesnt exist…the new wifi that pops up on my phone is very strong so i assume its that one. Select it. Upon going back to the app…as it tells you to…nothing happens.Pressing the reset button once…makes a beep…but there are no light changes. Nothing. I either recieved a faulty unit or the app is so completely worthless it cant even do the setup. On top of that this thing jingles at you every 5 seconds and ive been trying to get this working for an hour and im losing my mind…

Nice Camera for the Price!
I’ve been very pleasantly surprised. This is the first time I’ve had a security camera. I wanted something easy and simple to install, as well as be able to keep my porch light on during the night. This was quick, easy, and pretty user friendly. I opted for the SD card, or you have the option for subscription. Audio, Video, and Night Vision work good. If you have the SD card it will notify you with a screen shot of the video/time, then you just look it up on your SD card. I also like how you can record a segment or screen shot and download it to your phone as well as delete the notifications. You can adjust the settings to your liking as far as motion and sensitivity. I also like how it tracks motion as well. It does lag a little at times but overall pretty happy!
