I believe this will last me years to come and I really hope thatâs the case given the price.**2. Functionality/Performance**: The toaster functions really well although I feel like Iâve noticed the toast turns out slightly darker then shown on the display. So I would go 1-2 settings down then how you actually want it to look. I love that it comes with a countdown.**3. Finally a toaster that really works

Awesome toaster!
I am so happy with this toaster. I know it’s a pretty mundane item to be so excited about, but I have experienced some pretty crappy ones the last few years, and this one shine by comparison. It’s also worth mentioning that I am a big time toaster. I toast nearly every morning for breakfast. The cool thing about this clever toaster is that it offers a visual representation of what you can expect your finished product to look like. For example, I prefer my bagels to be pretty heavily toasted. I like a nice char as it pairs nicely with a smooth spread of Philadelphia cream cheese. So, when choosing my toaster preferances, I select the digital picture of the bagel which accurately represents the level of toastiness that I desire. Furthermore, and no less important, the slots that the two halves of bagel (or bread or English muffin or pastry) are inserted into are sufficiently wide enough to support a poorly sliced bagel resulting in one really fat slice and one teeny tiny thin slice. All in all, I am so happy that I finally found a toaster that I am satisfied with and will hopefully be a part of the family for many years to come!

Decent but short
I wasn’t apparently paying attention when I ordered this. I had seen a different version a few days ago that was longer that I thought I was grabbing now, but unfortunately I got the short version, which doesn’t work for me since we are fans of rye bread here.But this did a good job with the very end pieces. Time was acceptable, and the ease of simply pressing the icon for what you wanted was straightforward and pretty reliable. First one we did we had a darker setting for but it nearly burnt it, so definitely try a few slices first before you decide on what works best for you.But unfortunately I ended up returning it to get a different toaster that works with longer slices of bread.

Had a hiccup but the company made it right!
I received the first order with the right side completely defected so they sent me a new one the next morning. After getting the second order, I fell in love with the product. Now my husband and I don’t have to fight to use the toaster anymore!

Failed after 10 uses
This toaster was wonderful, until the left LCD panel completely died after less than 10 uses within a 6 week (from purchase) timeframe. Of course, just outside the return window. This wasn’t due to misuse, overuse, bad cleaning or any other reason. The product is faulty. Now I have an $80 half broken brick in my kitchen. Pass on this one folks.

Works perfectly!
I was in desperate need of a toaster as I was serving a bagel board for brunch for eight guests. I bought this delightful toaster and tried it out before the party. The touch key pad allowed me to select bread type and how done I wanted. It has four slots so I was able to serve perfect, warm bagels for eight! Everyone was happy with the bagels and I was very happy with my new toaster.

Awesome next level toaster
Worth it completely. Nice more compact size for a double toaster. LED display with toasting options fantastic. Toasts perfectly. Countdown nice – I felt our old toaster took forever so knowing what I got left until the pop seems shorter.Very well made, display does turn off automatically after use.Highly recommend!

The bagel setting cooks both sides when it should not. Kinda disappointed with this toaster, I canât believe it has a bagel setting but it doesnât work.

I really did want to love this toaster. The left side unfortunately however does not latch making half the toaster not useable. The right side does work though and I do really like the toaster. I have contacted customer service so just waiting to see what can be done. Will update as soon as I hear back.
