Fits snug
The drip pad fit snuggly around the faucet base. I think this was just a lucky coincidence, but I have no complaints about the fit.Water does not flow off the drip pad since the 5 degree slope is not steep enough to drain the splashed water. Also, the ridges on the pad should be a bit farther apart to allow easier wiping of the water and sometimes food residue.Otherwise it seems like a good thing to have which will keep the backsplash pretty much dryer.

It performs as advertised
I recently got a new countertop and wanted to be certain no water got on it that would affect the durability of the laminate top. My last sink was not properly installed and it allowed water to get underneath it where there was extensive damaged. It was a 20 year old countertops though. I never realized how just washing hands could splash so much until I paid particular notice. I am explaining my reasons for hoping this product could work to protect my countertop. It does a great job. Any splashes land on it and dribbles back to the sink. It is easy to removed for cleaning. I even removed to see if the countertop was dry. It was very dry. I placed it back around the faucet area and just had to come write the review. Highly recommend this product.

“OK” purchase
I waited a few months to write a review on this…. would I buy this again? No. You have to clean it often because you can see soap marks and it gets dirty. Since its silicone, if your counter gets wet under it, make sure that you dry it because it started to turn my counter yellow (since I didnt realize water got under there and it was sitting).I actually got a new dispenser. So, good for the interim or of you do not use your sink VERY often?

Works well.
Before using it there was always water laying on that section of countertop to the backsplash. This keeps that area dry. We set a sponge or two and soap (dish and hand) on it. Works great.

Great fit, very sturdy
Originally I had a 14.5 x 5.5 inch drip catcher around my faucet. I wanted something longer to catch more of the water mess on the right side of the sink which is used more often since it is the larger bowl. This fits great on my countertop. I have a 2.5 inch gap between the faucet and the backsplash. As you can see in the one photo, this mat covers most of the gap, more than my other one did. It does hang off the counter a bit on the right side due to the way my counter is cut to accommodate the different sized bowls, but it is stable and the water drains well. I imagine this one will get dirty with build-up and water spotted like my other one but now I can switch them out when I need to clean one. I would recommend – good quality.

Sink splash guard
My only complaint is that guard cannot provide a tight fit as my faucet has a square base. The guard does you to trim the faucet hole to size. Because of the shape of my faucet the back of the guard won’t lay completely flat. However, the guard does cover the back of the sink and give me a spot to place my sponge and veggie brush.

Wish I had found this yearâs ago. It stops the water splashing everywhere. It just runs back into the sink. Such good value. Something so simple but affective. Easy to keep clean.
