   Tiejus 10x Zoom Dual Lens Security Camera – Great Camera
   The Tiejus camera was easy to set up with the QR code provided and easy to install on my house. I fully charged the camera up first before I installed it on my house but I waited about 5 days before I added the solar panel to the camera. The battery on the camera was still at 70% charged before I added the solar panel. So being without sun for 5 days or more shouldn’t be a problem if you live in an area with long periods of cloudiness. The O-Cam-Pro software that comes with the camera is easy to use and has a number of great features like 5 pre-position settings so you can quickly look at 5 ore-set different areas of your property with just a screen touch of your mobile phones. I also really like the human detection and person tracking features which alerts you to people approaching your property without false alarms for vehicles or animals. The software also had a feature called ‘Smear’ which allows you to highlight areas in the cameras view which you don’t want the camera to track for motion detection. We have a small palm tree in our yard with multiple trunks which looks like a person. So using ‘Smear’ I can tell the camera to ignore movement of the palm leaves when the wind blows. I also really like the zoom lens which allows close up look of objects far away. And the quality of picture from both camera lenses are very clear especially if you choose Super HD or HD settings for the lens image quality. Overall I love the Tiejus camera and software and the quality of the images and ease of use. I would highly recommend this camera for people who want additional peace of mind that their property is secure if they are home or away from home traveling.

   A great battery powered PTZ camera that works with Alexa and a powerful app
   I was offered this camera to review and I have to say I am quite impressed. I have 3 of their other cameras which was helpful to compare to. The other cameras I purchased were PTZ cameras and then the battery-powered light camera. After working with it for a while I see 4 large benefits this camera has over the others.The first, and huge, big plus with this one is that it offers all the features of the other cameras in one. A solar/battery camera that you can PTZ with. For this reason, I was able to mount it on the tree facing our house in order to see when packages have arrived and where kids are playing around the house. It is slightly larger than the other PTZ cameras but that is expected with the battery.Second, the zoom on this camera is also a bit different as it is not just a pinch zoom through the app but an actual digital zoom that you can adjust as well as stay in that zoom position through the app. This helps narrow in on a particular space.Third, unlike the other cameras, this comes with the ability to store 3 days free of activity in the cloud as well as install your own SD card. I put a 256gb in it. The SD card is great for going weeks back and the 3 day cloud is helpful if your camera is stolen, giving you time to view the footage. You can purchase more cloud storage but I don’t see the need when you install the SD card. As a side note, this also shows the timeline of activity through events rather than highlights on a timeline. The result is that it is a bit cleaner and easer to find recorded events but not as intuitive to get an idea when the even occurred even though it is time stamped. To my knowledge there is not a way to record 24/7 on the SD card but I may have just not found this feature.Fourth, and perhaps what I was most excited about, is that you can open this camera up on Alexa. This is for viewing only so you cannot adjust anything but I ask her to show me my front yard while doing the dishes and I can see everything that is happening without grabbing my phone and opening the app. She stays minimized if I want so you can keep a constant watch on it (again, kids playing in front yard). The resolution is definitely a lot lower (SD quality) but very helpful nonetheless. The other ones I have do not do this.A few other side observations. The mounting is helpful as you mount the bracket (mounting guide included) and then slip the camera in and out of it. The mounting bracket for the solar panel is great as it is 360 adjustable to grab the sun. The light on this camera would be brighter than the other PTZ cameras I have but not as bright as the fixed one advertised as a light which makes sense. If you don’t want to use solar, you could use a 5V USB C cable to power it. There is a manual switch to turn it off if you don’t want to use the camera but don’t want to take it down.A few areas of improvement. Their other 5MP cameras are a bit clearer and better color as I compare to the two but then again these are 3MP so that stands to reason. The app is quite powerful with a lot of options. I love the future that both memorizes positions to quickly go to and I very much like the “caretaker” memory button that makes the camera return to a set position after being adjusted after 1 minute. Very helpful. The human motion sensor seems to work well up to about 20 feet away. After that, I really couldn’t get it to trigger someone walking. When I turn this feature off, it captures the movement from that distance well and saves a video but you end up recording a lot more videos. While powerful, perhaps the reason the app has such lower ratings is the amount of advertising to purchase more storage. You cannot turn it off unless you spend money. It is very much in your face. This is not the case with viewing through Alexa which is nice. I suspect this is why a new app was created and all my cameras cannot be seen through one app. The wifi distance works well. I have it about 30+ feet from my house with my router upstairs. It is a bit glitchy at this distance but does pretty well.All around it is a pretty solid camera that does all you would need. My wishes would be a cleaner app and being able to use the same app as my other cameras but it is hitting spots combined that I could not get out of any other ones I have. Great camera!

   Great Upgrade
   Wow, this is a great camera from TIEJUS, I had a similar camera from Zummimall (which lasted about 2 years mounted outdoor), this could be there upgrades. This camera is like any other wireless cameras, easy to set up, comes with a solar panel so makes charging a lot easier. With their new app, it is a lot easier to navigate, and easy fast control on the camera.With the dual camera built in, it is very clear at night, the zoom can go up to 10x, it is much much better than my old similar one, and it is less than half the price. I’m so thankful for the technology.Will be upgrading the rest of my cameras one by one.

   Worked okay for 3 months
   First let me say I really enjoyed this camera, so much I bought 2 of them and another one that is a little different, same brand. However, after 3 months one of the cameras just died on me and will not charge. I have had all 3 connected to solar panels at the same location. The other two are working great, show almost full battery life because they are charging constantly with the solar panels. However, the one seems to have a faulty battery because it slowly was getting lower and lower with battery life. I tried talking to customer service, they told me to turn down the frequency of the motion detections because this was causing this, but I know that is not true because for 2 months this has never been a problem. Then 2 days ago the battery life just plummeted. The other 2 cameras have the same amount of motion activity and same settings, and their batteries are fine. And let me just say I work in IT so I am well aware on steps to troubleshoot and fix things, this just seems to have a bad battery. So basically I wasted money because the seller doesn’t seem to want to help remedy this problem. I will be replacing all these cameras with a different brand.

   So Far Good Cameras
   These were easy to install and set up in the App. I tried two other brands before these and so really like these the best. Quality pictures, human tracking. The only thing I did not like is the solar panel is black as well as the cable that connects to the camera. The black cable stands out. It should be white as most houses will have white trim.
