(1) It connects solely to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi, so use a 2.4GHz network.
(2) Double-check the Wi-Fi name and password you entered.
(3) Keep the camera within 10 meters (33 feet) of the router.
2. Can the camera be used with a 5GHz network?
No, it’s limited to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. For smooth connection, set up separate 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks with individual names.
3. Does the security camera have the capability to upload videos to cloud storage?
Subscription to a cloud service is required to store videos, and a free trial is available. There will be no fees during the trial, which will roll into a paid subscription if you’re happy, or you can cancel during the trial for free if not.
4. Must I buy an SD card for the security camera?
This security camera doesn’t work with SD cards. It stores videos online. You can use the cloud storage (sold separately).

I have been using Aiwit front door camera for almost a year and it captures and record movements. I like this other version especially it comes with solar to charge the camera. They are also giving out promotions. I had not have any issues with them and would recommend to anyone.
