Purchased one a while back but was plastic and fell apart now they are all medal pretty light no problems works well

Ratchet action not strong enough.
The first set I bought are working very well and hold the paper roll tight enough to be able to cut a sheet with one hand. This set of 2 I just bought do not hold the paper roll tightly enough and you have to use two hands to cut a sheet from the roll.

I ordered the 2 pc set. One is defective. The knob is impossible to connect to the rolling bar as the screw is too shut in it. I have to put glue on it to connect it.
