Does it work with NVR or POE? What is the IP address?
Yes, it only work with NVR that supports 6MP and above resolution,and you need to buy an extra POE splitter if you want to conect with POE. HTTP Port is 80, RTMP Port is 1935NVR IP is 192.168.1.10
Can I play videos without subscribing? How to turn off the ads on iCSee?
Yes, you can play back videos without a subscription, just by installing a 256G Micro SD card. In the lower right corner of the iCSee APP home page, Click on”me”, and choose “Tool”, Slidethe button left to turn off the Ads.
Can it connect with Non-WiFi? How can i share the camera to others?
Yes, Need to switch AP mode. the AP mode can work without WIFI, but the PTZ control is limited to control within the AP range. You cam share the camera to others via code sharing or account sharing.
The camera asked for a password, but I don’t know it?
Long press the reset button for 10s to reset it and connect it again. (the reset button is located on left of SD slot)
The camera shows “Offline”, is it damaged?
Maybe it is issue of network connection. Reset the camera and re-connect it. Try changing the image quality to Standard Definition or place the camera closer to the Wifi router.

This was so easy to set up. Just a few screws and connect to your phone. Night vision works great and has bright lights! I love the dual camera set up and that one camera is adjustable. Good quality video and able to record to go back and watch! Awesome value for the price

All features you look for in a security camera
I bought this security camera for my home, as i was looking for a camera that can see two directions in same time. At first i thought im buying a cheap camera that do the job, but honestly, this camera really impressed me by the performance and features it have, I thought its only two cameras with the second one that can rotate but it turned out that it offers a lot more features, starting from the Red and Blue light, it has good sensitivity to the WIFI as the WiFi is inside the house in a room that is far from the camera and it connects well with not interruption. It also has a remote speaker and microphone. My best features is that it has AI to detect humans and it can auto alarm me when someone pass in front. The app is also very convenient and it has all the features that you expect them from it.

I really like it and it works ok it just keeps saying every few seconds “connect to router successfully ” unless they reach out and tell me how to stop this I must send it back.

Not impressed so far
I will follow up if I get support or figure this out on my own. Unboxed today. Very lightweight and feels cheap. I was okay with that and proceeded to setup on my WiFi. That worked easily and I am impressed with image quality and dual lens. I have model S400. However, camera operates fine while at home in range of WiFi network but once I leave camera goes offline and I have no way to view via iPhone app. Iâve got many other cameras from various manufacturers on same network for years with no problem. Kind of frustrating.
