Initially, I gave this product a 1 star review because it stopped working after 4 months. Upon seeing my review, the sellers immediately (politely, professionally) reached out to me to reconsider my review if they would ship me a new set of grinders, which I agreed to. (They were concerned that something mightâve been damaged in the original set during shipping, and wanted to make it right.) At this point, a couple months later, the replacement shakers are working great. The only reason they donât get 5 stars from me is because I feel like (compared to other sets Iâve owned), that thereâs not a whole lot of torque while grinding either salt or pepper, and I also have to shake them every now and then to get them to feed more pepper corns or salt granules to the grinding chamber. With that said, however, I do enjoy the way the look and the consistency of the grind. Hopefully they last longer than 4 months this time.

Being a person who loves the flavor of ground pepper, these are a go to. They work great and the bright white light was everything the reviews said. Much better than a warm white would be. And not having to make sure that batteries are on hand, being rechargeable totally rules. So, get a set today! Easy to use, just turn them on and turn them over. Adjustable grind by turning center know. Easy to fill, unscrew bottom and fill. Can’t speak to durability as I have only had mine for a short time. But if sound is anything, they are durable. Can also be used for other spices. So, how does that sound, good value? The grinders hold about 3/4 – 1 cup

Great grinder and customer service
I bought the grinder 3 month ago. It worked fine at first. However, now the charge lasts only for 10-20 minutes at most. So, the product is not practically useable. And there is no way to contact the seller about warranty.An update: After I reported on a bad battery life of the grinder, the seller contacted me and mailed a new grinder that works great. I am updating my review to 5 starts at this point. I think the seller takes pride of their product. I can understand that a certain percentage of the product may have issues, and as long as the seller addresses such issues, it is a great product. All in all, the grinder works great now.

Great Product
Great product. Used a regular pepper grinder before but this makes it much easier. The charge is quick and it last a long time before needed to recharge it again. It’s easy to refill as well and just very convenient. If you want to change the size of pepper that is being grounded, you can adjust it on the top. Works fantastic!

I ordered the battery set first and one just stopped working after a few months after changing the batteries. I decided to order the set that you charge instead. These work great! Ordered a few more sets for Christmas gifts.

I really like this product. It works without issue. Such a help with my hands which suffer from joint problems. I got the Copper and it’s a beautiful addition to my kitchen and table, and I got it at a great price during a Prime sale. In the past it would have been a 4 or 5 star review, but needing batteries in today’s rechargeable world is a major setback. Sadly, any rechargeables I viewed were either 3-4X the price, badly reviewed, or ugly.The 4 batteries needed cost me over $10. locally, so I can only hope they last long. (Kind of negates the sale price). I only have myself to blame since I haven’t bought batteries in over 5 years and was unaware of the current cost. If using batteries doesn’t bother you, this is recommended. Again, it is beautiful and a good size that holds a lot of pepper/salt. I will enjoy it for now, but will keep searching for an affordable recharging version.

Purchased these mainly for the copper accents which coordinate with our kitchen decor, but absolutely love the convenience of the auto-grind. Adjusting the coarse/fineness of the output is simple and the batteries are easy to access. Would be excellent for gifts.
