By far one of the best security camera I have purchased on both product and customer service.Product :1. Super easy setup – as it did not take more than 30 min from software configuration to mounting it.2. Solar powered – I never have to climb up to replace batteries again.3. Excellent featues – Very intelligent software that tracks human movement, superb picture quality and nighttime vision with lights and 2 way audio. I am pleased with the responsiveness of the camera over WiFi.Customer support:1. Attentive and friendly customer service over the phone and highly responsive over email.2. Customer service is able to resolve the issue I have with the product quickly and I am more than pleased with the quality of serivce received.Overall this is the brand I am going to be using from now on (as I am replacing all my older (and 1st generation Netgear Arlo).

Awesome camera
I purchased this wireless camera to go in my backyard & kennel area. It is solar powered, motion sensor activated. It was easy to install, you have many features to illuminate, watch video, zoom in and you can even record if you use a SD card. It projects a very clear picture/video at night or day time. Easy access & monitoring via a free app.

Love this camera. I waited a while before writing my review until I got used to the basic features. I love this camera so much, I am getting a 2nd one, and my neighbors are getting them too! Features such as solar charging, following movement, excellent night time lighting or enhanced lighting, ease of use, low maintenance, can record video or still pics, no batteries, only SD card, etc. works as intended!!! I can sit on my couch at night, and be alerted to any neighbor disturbances in my back yard area and still see clearly at night. I can see the bright glow of my reflective tape and small solar lights reflecting in the camera’s view. My camera films vandalism and I can save videos or still pictures now. I even had them ready for a court case too, so this camera have given me the peace of mind I didn’t have before. Last night I got to watch a fox examine my yard at 2am….so COOL!!!!

Great camera
Camera has excellent picture. Easy app interface. Unfortunately my rear camera started having issues. I was passed my return date with Amazon, and Amazon said there was nothing they could do. But when I called AOSU tech support they helped try to diagnose the issue. After concluding that it couldn’t be fixed atleast not by myself the company said they would be more than happy to replace it. So in conclusion great product and great customer support.

I have tried several wifi camera. Charging has always been an issue, either hard wire or climb on a ladder to charge the unit. This camera is top quality, so easy to set up and the solar panel saves you from charging.The human tracking is a great feature!**Update**Unfortunalty the camera stopped charging after 4 weeks, even with plugging it in. I approached customer service, they responded within an hour, ask me a few questions, ask me to do a couple of tests, and agreed it was faulty. I received a new camera via courier in 4 days…AMAZING service!I highly recommend the product and company!

Ich habe seit April 2024 diese Camera im Einsatz, bin sehr zufrieden. Sie ist sehr leicht zu bedienen und arbeitet sehr zuverlässig. Man kann sie auf seine Bedürfnisse programmieren. Bis letzte Woche hat das Aufladen mit Solar hervorragend funktioniert, von einem Tag auf den anderen hat sie nicht mehr geladen, auch nicht über USB. Ich habe sofort den Online Support von AOSU kontaktiert und bin dort mehr als zufrieden. Es war zwar Wochenende, aber es wurde sich sofort um das Problem gekümmert. Innerhalb von 3 Tagen habe ich eine neue Camera als Ersatz bekommen. Super Camera, sehr guter Kundenservice, deshalb gebe ich guten Gewissens 5 Sterne. Ich knüpfe hier an meine Rezension gleich mal an. Leider sind mir von der Kamera die beiden Nasen, die an die Halterung einrasten, abgebrochen. Daraufhin habe ich wieder den Kundendienst bemüht, habe auch, wie bei meinem ersten Problem, sofort Hilfe erhalten. Die Camera wurde innerhalb von 1 Woche ersetzt, da ein sicherer Halt so nicht mehr möglich war.

Ho fatto molte ricerche prima di scegliere questa videocamera. Sono davvero sorpreso dalla facilità d’uso e dalla qualità dei materiali. âAvevo bisogno di alcune videocamere con istallazione senza fili da mettere allâesterno della mia abitazione, ho pensato di puntare su questa marca Ho quindi acquistato due videocamere modello C9C con pannello solare incorporato che ho trovato in promozione su Amazon. Arrivate le telecamere, in pochi giorni, le ho istallate e presa visione delle immagini e funzionamento ne ho acquistata una terza e poi una quarta. Infine per completare il perimetro esterno dellâabitazione ne ho acquistata una quinta di modello diverso dalle quattro precedenti cioè modello C9L con pannello separato. Le prime tre e la quinta funzionavano perfettamente, la quarta presentava un difetto di spostamento, in pratica orizzontalmente funziona, ma verticalmente no. Ho quindi contattato via chat tramite app il servizio assistenza. Mi ha risposto in perfetto italiano e nel giro di poche ore Julie che dopo aver constatato il problema e la difettosità del prodotto, mi ha inviato, sempre tramite Amazon e nel giro di 24 ore, una videocamera nuova, senza richiedere la restituzione di quella difettosa. Conclusioni, dal mio punto di vista è molto ben congeniata e vale la spesa, per la fascia di prezzo in cui si colloca, è un ottimo prodotto. Felice di averle ordinate e di consigliarle. Il servizio clienti e gentile, disponibile e competente. In futuro vorrei abbinarci una Homebase se ce la possibilità .

Jâai eu des problèmes avec la première caméra, qui filmait une fois sur deux ou pas du tout. La détection était aléatoire.Après plusieurs échanges dâemails, Julie du SAV AOSU mâa envoyé une autre caméra. SAV au TOP.Installation facile, dans mon cas je l’ai fixé en haut dâune descente de gouttière qui fait le coin de ma maison, du coup, comme elle est motorisée, je peux voir les 2 côtés de ma maison.La qualité de vision est très bonne de jour comme de nuit.Il nây a pas de fausse détection, uniquement quand un humain passe. Mais il arrive quâelle ait, un temps de réaction un peu lent.La batterie se charge correctement.Pour le Wifi câest correct. Dommage que lâon ne puisse pas mettre en 5Ghz, jâai été obligé de changer la connexion de mon téléphone en 2,4Ghz pour être à lâidentique avec la caméra.Image très bien.Les leds de nuit ça jette.Installation du logiciel sur smartphone facile.Paramétrage simple, dans détection et suivi humain, je lâai mis sur LOING.Notification rapide.Bref très content de mon achat et vraiment le SAV est super.
