If I could rate Arlo a zero, I would. Arlo cameras and app used to be good products. The new app requires a monthly subscription to record video! Something that was not made clear in the Q&Aâs when I researched items on Amazon. Now the 30 day âfree trialâ has ended along with the 30 day return policy. The new app is very complicated to use, if it works. It is very time consuming to go in and turn cameras on and off one at a time. Cameras are glitchy. Go to Google Play Store to see more reviews. I used to be a huge fan of Arlo. Now I wish I had purchased a different security camera brand.

This model vmc2250 is exceptional in quality and ease of installation. A person will be foolish to pass this by for a more expensive camera.

Have two cameras. Even tho the settings are the same on both cameras I have one camera that the battery well last several days but the other camera dies after 24 hrs! Not very helpful when traveling. Also wish the subscription plans were more affordable. I bought the cameras in referral from a friend. Her cameras store video for one month for free after purchasing cameras. Now the company makes you pay a monthly fee for any video storage. If I wouldâve known this I probably would have went with a different company/produxt

Ive always used Arlo cameras. This generation no longer needs a hub and eliminates that connection issue.App is reliable w/out subscription to watch property.

Been using Arlo for years. First time having issues and had to call Customer Service. Used the chat option and the process failed. Their messaging lags and since the messages donât pop up for over 5 minutes they drop your claim and you have to start over again.1 of the two cameras are faulty and will not record. Should be a simple solution or replacement but Iâm playing the run around game with them. Very aggravating.
