   These things work really well!
   When I first bought them I was not sure if the little lights would be bright enough; they have definitely exceeded my expectations!I put one over my kitchen sink just because it was so dark there, now it’s so bright that I can actually see when I’m doing the dishes! Amazing!You just peel back the small plastic circle on the bottom of the light to reveal the adhesive and it sticks right onto whatever surface you need it to. It also comes with screws in case you want to mount it somewhere. The motion sensor function is supper convenient; especially if you happen to walk into a dark room or need to have a closet space illuminated.I’m definitely going to buy more products from this company because I have identified more places in my apartment that need illumination (they have some bigger, longer lights that I saw on their Amazon store).

   The LED light is impressively bright, and the instructions were easy to follow, with both written and visual details. The motion sensor works perfectly, helping to preserve battery life. Just one light illuminated my entire pantry, so now I’m looking for places to use the other two! Excellent value for the price—I’d definitely purchase this again.

   Very easy installation
   These lights work great installed under cabinets in kitchen and have them set on automatic so they always come on as they sense movement and turn off after about 20 seconds. Very bright, easy installation and each light has three AA batteries good for 100 hrs. Great price and fast delivery!

   It functions as advertised:MODES> The night only mode is super useful and only activates when the ambient light drops. It doesn’t have to be totally dark though.> The AUTO function activates the light no matter what the lighting condition.> The ON function obviously keeps the light on.MOTION ACTIVATIONThe motion activation is super accurate. It hasn’t even missed once and coverage area is as it should be. The light only stays on for 20 seconds after the last detected movement.ADJUSTABLE LIGHT INTENSITYYou can adjust the intensity of outputs in steps of 3.POWERING THE UNITUsing rechargeable AA batteries, you can put these lights to many cycles of use without wasting disposable 1 time use batteries that are detrimental to the environment, even if recycled. It is the only way to run them cost effectively. Invest in a bunch of rechargeable and reusable AA batteries if you haven’t already along with a multi-slot charger so you can charge all the 18 batteries required to run this set in one go. If you place these in high traffic areas or you pass in front of them too often, you should obviously expect to recharge the batters sooner. The light will shut off if the batteries are too low. I charge all batteries every two weeks since they get activated hundreds of times day and night.BRIGHTNESSIt says it is 150 lumen and very bright. Even with two of them close together under a cabinet above the kitchen sink, it is still only moderately bright by my standards. Usually this is as good as it is going to get with battery operated lights vs. USB lights that are powered from a wall outlet are typically brighter.Perhaps it is fine for a typical distance of cabinet above a counter, but once you add a sink’s depression that luminosity diminishes. This in spite of both lights adjusted for maximum output. You should have a gauge of what 150 luminosity looks like to see if it fits your purpose. Overall, it does the job and works fine and bright enough but not super bright. They are not meant to be precision work lights. In fairness, comparable AA battery powered models are much dimmer. This is the brightest model I’ve found.MOBILE CONVENIENCEFor those of you who may be into converting vans to mobile living quarters, a set of lights like these would save you all the headache of having to wire everything to a central battery. Best still, they are portable and can be hanged from anywhere where there is a nail or hook. You just pop in the AA batteries and you will be good to go. Those batteries can be taken out and recharged and reused for other priorities on trips and so serve as a good emergency backup power source.NO REMOTE CONTROLSome models that are considerably dimmer allow you to set the color temperature, hue and intensity and operate them remotely. This is not that kind of light. Everything is manual. They are made for different scenarios. These lights are best suited for applications when you don’t need to control all the lights for the same effect and each scenario is different. They are meant to address different lightning needs; closets, stars, kitchen cabinets, etc.

   So Simple yet so Bright
   I was sort of surprised on how small the actual lights are but equally surprised how bright the lights can be. The lights are easy to dim or brighten to suit your taste or need. I placed one in the closet where we hang all of our coats which made me wish I knew about these lights long before now. I mounted another in our food pantry which I received a hug from my wife for bighting her world. The third light is attached to a metal return vent in a dark hallway using the built-in magnet. I have not had them long enough to comment on battery life expectation, but other reviewers say more than a year. It does not require a lot of motion to activate the light I am well pleased and highly recommend them.

   Exactly what I was looking for
   I wanted a motion sensing light for one shelf in our hall closet that would not only come on in darkness, but also during the daytime. I ordered these, and must say that they are exactly what I was looking for. I mounted it with screws because the surface was a painted shelf, so I can’t speak to how well the adhesive mounting works. What I can say is that the lights are very bright, and the motions sensor is very sensitive. I have it pointing downward, and is set back from the front of the shelf probably 12 inches – and the motion sensor works great – the light comes on when we open our closet door, and we have instant light. It made a huge improvement – we can see our items on that shelf so much better now. I also put one in our garage in an area that I have my sorted nuts, bolts, washers etc. in drawer organizers. I used to have to use a flashlight (even with the main garage light on) in this area, but the motion sensor light comes on automatically and is a great improvement. I used the magnet to attach it to an existing bracket, and it seems to be a very strong magnet and the light feels very secure. Very happy with these!

   Good for Power Outages
   I had this light placed on Auto, the batteries only lasted 1 month. That’s expensive. So I replaced with fresh batteries & turned off. Is only why i gave 3 stars. However for a Power outage, this light is perfect. It’s bright, portable or stick in place, looks nice & sturdy. For Emergencys or in car? 5 Stars. But for my normal lighting function for everyday use, 3 Stars.

   I used these BLS Motion Sensor lights in my 3 bedroom closets. Since they are activated by a sensor, they only come on when I am looking for certain items. I use one closet for my business supplies storage, one closet for extra space for cleaning supplies and one for all my clothes. When you put the light on a flat part of the wall or inside door, it works perfectly and you don’t have to use any other lighting, etc. This makes my life so much easier and it’s well worth the money!

    The lights work as expected. Nice a bright even. Unfortunately the Amazon Basics AA rechargeable batteries I bought at the same time won’t fit (not enough width to accomodate the rechargeable batteries). So I must use alkaline batteries only.
