It looks like it won’t do the job, but it works great. Shreds both chicken and beef (roast). Using this for an older person to help with chewing. Would definitely work for 1-2 year olds.

Pretty good product
I rat a lot of chicken and this has been very helpful when shredding the chicken. The plastic is very thin but it does its job very well. It is hard to clean but as long as you get between the spikes it will work great. Super easy to use and it’s super fast.

Yes it does shred chicken. No, not as easily or quickly as demonstrated in the video. Both myself and my daughter made boneless chicken breasts to try it out with similar results. Once the chicken hit the correct I pulled it out of the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes. Then broke them in half. They were too big to fit in the shredder as is. I put the lid on and turn, turn, turn. It does slide around a little bit, but not enough that itâs an issue. I checked the chicken. Some shredded. Most just got stuck and parts of the larger piece was shredded but not all of it. So I moved the chicken from that spot. Then turned again. Opened it, that piece was only half shredded. I moved it again. I kept doing this till the chicken was all shredded. That was just the first piece. When I was finished shredding all the chicken it was finally to the point I could use it on rolls. But I had to reheat it in the microwave. The good thing was, my hands did not hurt after shredding. Iâve had carpal tunnel surgery and have to be careful with some of the things I do. The points on the device remained sharp and not bent over like in one of the pictures I saw in the reviews. It cleans up well. I washed it by hand. Overall it works. Just with a little extra effort and time. I donât know if a different style would be better. I will use it again.

Shredder does not work. Takes a lot of pressure to keep it in place. Does not fully shred the chicken no matter how many times I twist it. Lots of big chunks get left unshredded. Lid hard to take off. Knobs come off when trying to lift the lid. Pictures are after 5 mins of attempting to shred one chicken breast

Best Little Gadget!!
I haven’t used it much but when I need to shred chicken and remember I have this, I get so excited. It’s the coolest chicken shredder. I’m sure it could be used on other meat, like roast out of a crockpot. It’s very easy to use. It is hard to clean due to getting poked by the prongs when washing but using something like a bottle brush should work.

I saw a few reviews when I was purchasing this that said it didn’t shred the chicken or it wouldn’t stay still.I did not have those issues. It works great every time. Occasionally i over stuff it a bit and I have to take the top off and rearrange the chicken a bit to get it fully shredded but that is on me. User error.It works exactly as it should. My only complaint is that I don’t use a dishwasher so it’s a little hard to clean for me without stabbing myself repeatedly lol.

Gets the Job Done!
I had been wanting a chicken shredder for a while and this one was somewhat of a let down. The product itself is very light and moves around easily while shredding the chicken. However after a couple of uses I found it easier each time to use. I also expected it to be easier to clean and have a wider circumference. Lastly, the shredder is also made of very thin plastic and the handles slip right off. Overall, the shredder has its cons but it gets the job done at an affordable price making meals quicker to prepare.
