ECOELER High Bay 360°Occupancy Sensors
The ECOELER High Bay 360°Occupancy Sensors utilize the industry’s leading Passive Infraed (PIR) technology to provide amazing sensitivity to small motions and excellent payback.
Designed for mounting heights of up to 30 ft , High Bay Occupancy Sensor provides PIR occupancy detection over a 15-20 ft radial coverage pattern that overlaps the areas lit by a typical high bay fixture.
They mount directly to the end of an industrial fluorescent Luminaire or an electrical junction box through a standard 1 /2” knockout using the provided lock-nut.
OPTIONS
Designed for mounting heights of up to 30 ft (9.1 0 m), High Bay Occupancy Sensor provides PIR occupancy detection over a 15-20 ft (4.57-6.10 m)radial coverage pattern that overlaps the areas lit by a typical high bay fixture.
Provides dimming outputs to control 0-10 VDC dimmable ballasts .
Provides a second occupancy time-out period that enables the lights to go to a dim setting before turning off.
Adjustable max/min dim setting
ADJUSTABLE TIME DELAY & SENSITIVITY
The time delay is adjustable from 15 seconds up to 30 minutes and provides a coverage range of up to 30 feet.
WIDELY USED
Its ideal for individual on/off control of T5/T8 fluorescent lighting. such as office, market, parking, aisle etc.

Easy install and works awesome…
We had a dangerous closet with a hard to reach switch at work – quick install with this on the fluorescent light and we were all thrilled.

Delightfully simple and straight forward
This unit does exactly what is says it will do and performs well. I have a small room that the switch was difficult to access. I was able to add this device to the overhead fluorescent fixture and it works great! Also, the feature of being able to press two release buttons and detach the sensor to make sensor adjustments without uninstalling the wiring is a nice touch. As others have mentioned, the included wiring diagram is not technically correct, as it shows the red wire being tied to the white neutral after going to the load. Just ignore that and run the red to the load and it should work just fine. This will seem automatic to any experienced electrical handy person, so trust your instincts. It was a fun and rewarding little project that was inexpensive and now makes me smile every time I enter that room and no longer have to be annoyed to find the light switch. Enjoy! 🙂

works fine
unit wired up and worked just fine. the only thing i do not like isthe time adjustment is not variable, its either 15 seconds or 5minutes; this would seem contrary to some of the listed productsdescriptions and info with product- but seller verified it is infact15 seconds and will fix specs. a 1 minute or true variable settingwould be much more desirable- perhaps look at other options beforebuying this.

Easy installation
Pantry light. The pantry light switch is mounted on the outside wall of the pantry just by the door, and is quite often forgotten to be turned off. The light is flush mounted inside on a high ceiling so putting this sensor up near the light was not really an option. I decided to drill a small hole through the wall directly behind the light switch, 1/4″ hole, and mount the sensor on the inside wall behind the light switch. I 3D printed a “conversion box” so that I didn’t have to make a large hole for this sensor in the drywall. The box has a hole to suit the sensor mount and a smaller (1/4″) protrusion that fits neatly into the drywall. Wired it all up keeping the original switch in circuit and it works like a charm. The light adjustment is not mentioned in the instructions but you can adjust so that the sensor will trigger on even if there is light present, or only in darkness or anywhere in between.

Motion Sensing Upgrade to your Shop Light
The ECOELER Motion Sensor Switch is a nice product. I mounted it to the end of a LED shop light to activate the light when we entered the garage from the house. Works flawlessly, and puts light safely on the stairs before you reach them. Well overdue upgrade to my light. If you need motion sensoring for a shop light, this is your ticket. Buy this!

Works ok
I put in our closet works ok except if it has light it doesn’t want to turn on unless it’s dark.

Great product
Review for the YM2501A, overall positive. This is a good little unit, comes with 2â of wire, good detection range when mounted at 7′, and holds on as long as motion is present. For non-technical people, all Neutrals (whites) wire together (sensor, fixture, and building), then connect the red from the sensor to the Line of the fixture(typically black). It is ok to have red and black together for this. Then the sensor black ties to the building wire that is hot or switched (often black or red).Big side buttons are to release the unit from the wiring harness for adjustment of the settings after installation, as the adjustment dials will be facing the ceiling, so there is no need to take the fixture back down. As of now, I am attributing its low cost to just being very basic. If there are any cons, I’d say “light” adjustment is not mentioned in the instructions, or even what that feature is supposed to be. My fixtures are in closets so it does not matter and I am not going to worry about trying to test. Instructions also say the minimum âon” time is 30 seconds, but mine is 15 seconds. Overall, works well for me, so 5/5.
