    Quality Product
Works great, very easy to mount and wire, I’m operating a 20W LED light fixture with itBelow are remarks about some previous reviews.”I found out after buying this item that you can reconfigure the 1/2″ nipple to come off of the top of the device rather than the side.” You can also remove the back box and mount it directly to the surface with 2 screws which I did.”Installed this sensor today, and I am disappointed! The light sensitivity adjustment does not work well, and the range is very short.” Yours sounds like it is defective. Mine works great under approximately the same circumstances. I would have Amazon replace it.”The other misled is the time delay feature. The 15 second setting is only for testing. You can leave at this interval, but the next level would be 5 min to 30 min at 5 min increment. There is no setting between 15 second and 5 min.” True, just 15 sec or , 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 or 30 minutes. But as long as you are moving in the area it stays on and when you stop moving it goes off at the delay that you have set it for. Right now I have left mine set at 15 seconds and while working in the area it stays on which is all that is required. If this doesn’t end up meeting my requirements I will change it to 5 minutes or more.

Scaleable can be wired in series with no ill affects, Infrared feature elements setting off from moving equipment or fans
Excellent product works great at 8′-10′ comes with options for high up to 50′ lens and low 10′ or less. (didn’t use high bay lens) Easy to install in open 1/2″ electrical knockout. SB Ceiling mounted but would also work vertical just not as effective. They comes with all mounting hdw. Can easily set to various ambient light sensitivity and range as well as time on settings from 5 to 30 minutes at 5 minute intervals. Most important for me was being able to wire several to same lights to expand coverage. It wasn’t clear in Amazon Description but it worked great for our big shop. with 2 in an area 50’X30′ there is no dead spots. More could be added to cover areas around corners or if there are obstructions like high shelving. Also like the fact that they cant be tripped through thermal glass windows separating different areas. May also work in single pane windows however, I can not attest to that. Only issue I ran into was mounting directly to single bulb ceramic light fixture (Mounted to 1-1/2″ oct metal box) the device interfered with mounting fixture I justed extended form mounting box a few inches.

    Works with LED lights perfectly.
Has been working flawlessly so far. I installed it about 6 months ago in the garage to control the lights. My wife loves it. Just walk in and the lights turn on. It seems to work much more reliable than the type integrated into switches. I was able to position it in the center of the garage so it senses motion from any direction. You walk into the garage, the lights come on, you pull the car in, the lights go on. I’ve never had them shut off on me while I was still in the garage. Also it drives a standard relay so it can drive any type of load. Mine drives LED lights perfectly.

    Works until it stops working
Instructions were not all that great but it is pretty straightforward – so it doesn’t matter for someone who is handy. I had bought 3 sensors. They worked great but one of them stopped working. So my low rating is on the durability. It is a hassle to replace it and rewire it. I have reached out to the company and if their customer service makes up for the bad product, I will bump up the rating.

Mounted in a garage — works great!
Mounted this in the center of my garage (3 car width), about 9.5′ rafter height. The coverage is a little better than I expected. I removed the base and installed directly onto a round j-box. The unit’s construction is all-plastic, but feels very well made. It has been operating for about a month with no issues. I currently have it on the default 15sec demo mode and any-light operation as this fits my needs at this point. I imagine when the temperature warms up, the detection sensitivity will falter since the ambient air will be close to body temperature…time will tell.

    Works great!!
Used this in the master closet to automate the fluorescent light, which worked out very well.Mounts directly into the light housing, so no drilling required. There is a slight sensor delay, but has been operating as described so far.Only minus would be the wiring diagram, which is super confusing.

Great garage light sensor for FL with electronic ballasts
I have three garage light ballasts in my garage with 96 inch FL lights, this sensor works flawlessly, the sensor was easy to install, and I have set to 5 minutes until light turn off with zero movement. My sensor is at the 8 ft level from the ground, and above the parked car in the garage. The device functions with no problems even with car there. Use the lense for close to ground distance. Price point is worth it, I recommend this product. Sensor is designed for FL with electronic ballasts.

    Honestly disappointed!
Installed this sensor today, and I am disappointed! The light sensitivity adjustment does not work well, and the range is very short. It is installed in the middle of my two-car garage, and it dose not pick up the motion when I enter the garage from the house. The range is about 10 feet from the sensor using the low-bay lens (my ceiling is 10′).The other misled is the time delay feature. The 15 second setting is only for testing. You can leave at this interval, but the next level would be 5 min to 30 min at 5 min increment. There is no setting between 15 second and 5 min.Wiring was pretty standard if you have installed any timer or sensor. There is flexibility in mounting methods. I chose to mount it to a gangbox through the 1/2 knockout.I am curious about reviews from other users. For me, it is a disappointment!
