Works great around my house
My old outdoor lights were either burnt out or really dull/old bulbs that didnt light the area well. They were also super old incandescent bulbs so they used a lot of electricity all while doing a poor job. They’re retired now and these new motion sensor bulbs are great. I just leave the switch on and they are automatically off during the day, and only turn on when there is motion detected at night. You can toggle so they are always-on at night too (still auto-off during daylight). The light is really bright and uniform over the ground and they are efficient. Very happy with these lamps!

Overally Simple to install and Use
Wow, if I could give this a 6 star rating I would. The installation was just remove and replace. No settings, no training just unscrew old light and install this one. These are floodlight size so make sure you are replacing like with like and then just replace and leave the poser on. The light provides a bright well spread light for my entry way (which is not small and leads up to a double door). The beam is very bright, not sure what 15W energy in this LED bulb equates to in lumens but it is excellent for my needs and reasonable considering you get two of them.

Just got these lights….had them for a few days. They are very nice, nice clean bright white light! No yellow tint to them at all. I have them above my front porch, recessed into my ceiling near my front door. I was worried the the sensors in the bulbs wouldn’t be able to detect motion until you’re right up near the door, but no…it detects about 10 feet from the door…its perfect! They stay on for about five minutes or so. Definitely a great buy. I wish I would’ve gotten these years ago.

i put these in an older fix in an older fixture i did not want to replace. they work good but a a bit too sensitive. they’ll trigger on with a simply breeze, unfortunately and there’s no adjustablility.

Good motion detection
Works as advertised. Automatically turns on when someone walks by then turns off after a while. Nice brightness. Inexpensive upgrade to the standard floodlights.

I use this as a motion light at my back door. It works very well and doesn’t detect motion inside the house. The light stays on for a good 5 minutes which allows us to get out of the car and in the door with lighting. Rarely ever does it falsely come on without some type of movement outside. Much better than other motion lights I have tried in the past

Absolutely love these bulbs.
I bought these bulbs for a spot in my backyard and they work incredibly well. You have the option to use it as a typical motion sensor light. And for that it works incredibly well. But you also have the option to keep it on constantly. You choose this by how you switch on the power. Just turn on the switch and its a motion light. But if you flip the switch on and off twice in a row you get a constant on light. I typically leave it in motion light so when my dogs go out at night I know there will be a light on the moment they step out the door and I don’t have to worry about turning it on and off. Its great for us!

1st pair didn’t last and 2nd pair doesn’t work as advertised.
1st pair burned out in less than 1 year (product info says they should last up to 13.7 years). These get pretty good reviews, so I decided it was likely a bad batch, and ordered another pair. These worked okay (although 1 seems brighter than the other) for a few days, but then run constantly after dark. The motion detector function no longer works. These will be the last GE bulbs I get.

Many reviews on here mention you cannot run dual configuration because they trip each other up. I found the solution put two different brands in the two sockets, I use GE and Sengled. Since they both come in pairs the other bonus is you have a spare of each kind on hand. When the lights turn on, the Sengled turns off first and the GE a couple minutes later turns off it works awesome.

These lights are garbage. Trying to get Amazon and GE to live up to the suppossed warrenty is a waste of time. I was ripped off. Beware.
