Excellent Little Grill
Just the right size and clean-up is quick and painless. The plates remove and almost clean themselves! Steak, burgers and seafood all cook to perfection. My favorite is a grilled ham and cheese sandwich, and the George Foreman cooks it easy and to perfection!

Really good indoor grill, easy to use and to clean due to removable plates
I recently replaced my old, still functioning smaller George Foreman grill with this one. I liked the older one, but it was something of a drag to clean, since I had to be careful not to get it too wet below the plates, as they weren’t detachable. I didn’t use it as much because of this. Also, some of the non-stick coating had rubbed off over the years, probably from my using Pam-type sprays in the past. This one has plates which come off and can easily be washed in the sink with a bit of dish soap and something like a Scrub Daddy sponge (and not steel wool). That it’s easy to clean is a real plus in my wanting to use it more often than the old one. It’s really probably best cooking for 1-2 people at a time, as you might have to cook a second batch for 2 more people, since you’d be kind of jam-packing the available grill space. There’s no temperature control or knobs; you simply plug it in, wait about 4 1/2 minutes for the other light to come on to alert you that it’s heated up enough, and then add your food. It grills both sides of the food at once, so no need to flip it. I’ve cooked turkey burgers, boneless chicken breasts, hot dogs, grilled cheese so far and plan to try salmon and other things soon. You might want to experiment how long you want to cook things, as 4 minutes for a turkey burger certainly cooked it, but, as advertised, it drains a lot of the fat from the food. Perhaps a little less time might keep a bit more of the juices. The fat collects in the plastic reservoir, which is placed in front of the machine and is easily cleaned when you’ve finished cooking. To turn off the machine, simply unplug it. Of course, leave some time for the plates and the machine to cool down before attempting to remove the plates to clean them. I’d also recommend not using Pam or other kinds of sprays which have added chemicals which will rub off the non-stick surface. Instead, I use a plastic spray bottle and use real olive or other oil to spray on if you wish to do so. This grill won’t heat the house, either. The first time you use it, the instruction book tells you to run it for like 15 minutes without any food in it to burn off any residuals chemicals, and it might smell or smoke which it says is normal. That happened as they said, but after that, it works really well, no smell except for the food being cooked, and I am very happy with my purchase.

Incredible Machine
I havenât had an indoor grill in many years and wanted to grab one that is simple and inexpensive. This George Foreman is awesome. Compact but will cook for three people and the food turns out really good with no real effort. Clean up is quick and easy. Highly recommend.

Easy clean, super effective
While my original old George Foreman grill still works and is highly effective, I found the negative to the grill was always having to go through a process of trying to clean the plates and the machine. With it being a one piece it just seemed like it was more work then beneficial which resulted in not using it nearly as much as I would have liked to simply for the amount of excess time having to spend cleaning it.This new grill while it being a little bit more compact which is perfect for somebody who is cooking for one or maybe two, heats up fast, and the removable plates make every negative I ever felt about utilizing the device completely dissipate. Possibly because of the size difference, but this grill heats up quick. The only complaint that I have with the machine which is really minimal, is that it seems that the top portion of the bottom plate gets hotter than the lower portion of the same plate. It took one or two steaks to realize that but once I did then I know exactly where to place what and how much time that little minor heat difference will save. I think the plate tabs that the plates connect and get held in place with could be a little thicker in design, but I do comprehend that this is a device that is relatively generic for many different types of cooking styles so it really isn’t that big of a deal.Absolutely worth the price I paid for it. Saves time, absolutely saves money with the amount of wattage that it uses in comparison to your stove top, super easy clean up, in size perfectly for any type of countertop or pantry storage.

I like it!
I can dry-fry things at about twice the speed! Gotta get used to not seeing what you are cooking, and just getting the timing right. Worth it for daily standard cooking. Especially with my everything-goes-in-a-tortilla approach. Cold-wrapped cold-cuts become better than mere sustenance with some browned stripes on them. Weird but true. Easy cleaning? Hard to say. The shape of the surface makes it a pain to wash by hand, and non-stick means nothing to my dishwasher. Melty stuff and meat bits stay on there. Unless you are a germaphobe, though, a damp sponge after it cools a little seems like enough cleaning for something that will be 400 or so degrees next time you put food on it.

It works great!
Ease is the word…Ease of cooking…Ease of cleaning…Ease of storage. I’d definitely buy this product again…I make sure I don’t abuse the cooking surface with any metal cooking or cleaning items, so the product will last longer.

Looked well made but it failed. Also had to post it back to USA which was costly.

I don’t know why this grill is sold on Amazon Sweden. It’s designed for 110 Volt and for an American plug, it’s useless in Europe
