enjoyable
a delightful first read from this author… look forward to future books … one suggestion or frustrating thing… is this author shares WAY TO MUCH of filler for what the characters are feeling .. like 5 to 10 pages worth …STILL once past those the story and events do get better …

This one is a page turner!
If you are tired of the same old tropes, this book is for you. Itâs a perfect blend of romance and suspense. The story line is original and you cannot predict what is going to happen. Add a HEA and it is just about perfect. I loved it.

Save me from irrational female characters
It started out okay. The writing is pretty solid for this type of book. The lead female character is overall unbelievable. Someone with that many character flaws and a hot temper would never make it as a military pilot. She is ingrateful. Avoids facing reality to the detriment of everyone around her. Has no sense of self-preservation. If she had been a regular enlisted or civilian, I might have bought into her being a head case. The “she’s spirited and argues with everything because it is not her idea” trop is so tired I have no idea why authors keep using it. There’s no way that would be attractive to a partner.

Great start on a new series
This is book 1 of the new series Agile Security & Rescue. I’ve never read any of Jenna Guns books before now,but wow I should have! She bas a great ability to put you in the story. You kind of feel like your watching an actions romance movie as she is so good at telling her story. Our MCs have been through a gambit of tough and emotionally charged situations but the love and connection they share is absolutely clear. I loved how we find out what tore them apart but also how that is also part of what brings them back together. You’ll love the angst, emotions, heat, and suspense in this book for sure! On to book 2!

Very entertaining!
This is book one in a series that is sure to have suspense, action, romance, and great characters, just like this book has. I love the characters and the whole story. It’s an enjoyable romantic suspense with a bit of fun in it. And I like the length of the book. It’s just right.

Don’t miss this great heart pounding story. Has absolutely everything you could want in a great read. Fire and ice – the sparks from the hero and heroine are magic and enough drama to really keep the pages turning and not want to put down.

This story is good!!!Just when I thought it was stalling, everything went full blast crazy! I never saw it coming. Cole and Sierra are both bull headed and that makes sparks!!I gave four stars because there are still typos.

I havenât read from this author before and I saw a TikTok for a book later in the series so thought Iâd start at the beginning.I really loved the MMC Cole, he gets a call to fly across the country when his ex-gf who destroyed his heart and soul is in hospital and needs someone to help her. Despite his pain heâs there by her side as soon as possible. The catch is, she canât remember him.The FMC Sierra canât remember anything, sheâs told she has a fiancée that she doesnât remember, her mind not remember this gorgeous man but her body certainly does and itâs very hard to keep a level head when her body wants to be doing something else.I really enjoyed the premise of this book, I liked both the main characters and thought there were strong and I liked that the âsecretâ the MMC was hiding didnât take forever to spill, I hate when itâs dragged out.Honestly I enjoyed this book until about the last 10%, something just changed with the narration for me, I donât know if it was because it was trying to not be too long a book or to wrap everything up in a neat bow, things started feeling rushed and misplaced. The timeline was really throwing me off, there was a â3 weekâ deadline to Xmas and then it was like 12 things all managed to happen in a timeframe that would have been better suited to months later. Even if the pages wrote like *3 months later* etcThe ending just felt a little rushed for me and then some of the conversations and filler started feeling a little immature and odd compared to the rest of the book.I did really enjoy the book and itâs unusual the end is the issue 𤣠maybe itâs just me!3/3.5âï¸ 1.5ð¶ï¸
