I originally only got this scale to weigh my SodaStream CO2 cylinders, but I found myself using for its intended purpose… food. Like when I buy some ground beef to make hamburgers. It makes it much easier to make sure they’re all the same weight. It’s small, as I got the “medium” sized one, but I use a bowl that came with my old mechanical scale so that I can put more on it than would normally fit on the scale’s platform.I’m quite surprised by how well it performs for such an inexpensive digital scale. It’s also very easy to read. And the best part is that it uses what’s probably the most common button battery there is, the CR2032, which you can find online and at scores of physical stores.I would most definitely recommend this if you need a good, basic digital scale.

I am very impressed by this scale! It appears to measure items quite reliably. Although I realize it is intended as a food scale, I actually use it for jewelry items instead. It appears to be accurate within about a hundredths of an ounce or gram. Simply put: It is a great little scale for the cost, and works just as advertised. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone in need of one!P.S. – It actually comes with a battery — which is definitely worthy of bonus points, too!

Klein, kompakt, arbeitet schnell und genau und wird mit 2 AAA Batterien betrieben.Ich nutze die Waage überwiegend zum abwiegen von Brot, Müsli u.ä. Wer viel backt und groÃe Schüsseln auf die Waage stellt, der sollte besser weiterschauen nach einem etwas gröÃeren Modell.
