I bought four of these lights to light the back of my property where I have a crazy neighbor. They are amazing. Really bright on high and once set up ,the motions sensor turns night into day. One went out and custom service quickly sent me a replacement. I wish these were made in AMERICA . Still a good light.

WOW! What a light
These two levels of brightness motion lights are amazing. The lower level (20%) stays on all night using only about the amount of wattage as an old hallway night light. But when someone trips the motion sensor it goes to 100%. This then becomes extremely bright, yet only using 20 watts of power. After installing and evaluating this light I would say that it is at least as bright as when I had two (2) 150 watt flood lights installed. A couple great features about this one is the two adjustable wing light and the remote control. The remote control totally eliminates having to go up and down a ladder when performing setup.CONS – The only problem was the instruction book. It didn’t really give accurate setup instructions, especially for daytime adjustments, which you can do in the “Day Lux” mode. Also, it failed to mention that when you make any input you need to hold down the button until the light responses by usually flashing on or off. But with a minute or two of trial and error with the remote, it is quite easy to figure out. Another feature is being able to turn it to a “Continuous On” mode if needed day or night. Just be aware that when you finish you have to reselect the mode you desire. I am very satisfied with this product.

Light Can Not be Operated from Inside the Home
This was almost a great purchase. The light was bought as a replacement for an old, still working, motion sensor light, with the idea of using LEDs for their energy efficiency and high lumen output. In that regard, the light performs fantastically. Light output was out of the ballpark brighter than the old incandescent type. A question emailed to the manufacturer’s customer support was answered quickly and accurately.But, I’ll be returning the lights. Here’s why.The light can not be operated from inside the home like all the legacy models I have had in the past. With the older lights the automatic, motion detection mode could be overridden by toggling the wall light switch to allow a temporary constant-on operation when needed (think company arriving).This light comes with a Infrared (line of sight) remote control. The remote is more a gimmick than something practical. The light can only be operated from the remote control. That means if manual override is desired to operate the light in the constant-on mode, that must accomplished from outside the home, using the remote (yes, YOU MUST GO OUTSIDE TO TURN THE OUTSIDE LIGHT ON). Here, in remote western Massachusetts where bears, moose, bobcats, coyotes, skunks…etc. call home it’s those after dark, unwanted close-encounters that add value to an outdoor light that may be operated from inside the home.I sent a suggestion to the manufacturer to supply a RF (think Key-Fob) type of remote control system instead of the current IR type as a somewhat less elegant, but workable solution to this problem.
