Great package buy
My zosi hard drive and 4 channel unit I bought about 18 months ago is failing, I have bought this package because they recommended using zosi cameras with zosi hard drive which I used my existing cameras which probably draw more amps and killed the zosi power supply making the camera pulse making them useless, so trying this package and will replace existing cameras for zosi cameras, is what it is but still like Zosi

Tech support sucks for this company. I’ve reached out to Amazon and Zosi nether one has addressed my 2 broken cables that need to be replaced by them, they came to us not working.

already seen things but havenât played with it enough to figure out how to record or use mic… not that technical nor am I one to read directions… it will take a while but I will eventually figure it out… now to find more tools for my new hobby…Itâs fixed… I did search n found that 1 wire wasnât secured… but it works beautifully… I emailed seller and they were trying to call me but I couldnât find the hand set… my fax doesnât have that luxury… but they did attempt to try and help me immediately and I am grateful for the attempted very quick response… thank you guys…But as you can see in 3rd pic cams are up and running a day… so if 1 little wire isnât completely fastened then whole system wonât work so before you call for that refund please check all your wiring first… Iâm gonna order 4 more cameras… AlohaUpdate: Camera ð¥ stopped working 8/12/19 Purchased in June… found out Seller is Manufacturer so messaged them to help me… I love this camera… n I need to message how kind & patient customer service was… there wasnât this issue in the manual but Iâm sure Zosi will help me… itâs too late for an exchange but I am hoping it is fixable… when it was o it was perfect… caught some paranormal activity on them in back of house so I recorded… I was told the hard drive may be full… but Thank You so much for the kind people at Amazon… my camera will work again… just gotta wait for Seller to contact me… Aloha… Iâll let you know what happens Incase you come across this issue… if you already have gone through it can you tell me how you resolved…Great Product… my husband is the tech so he did the hard work… I get to disrespect my husbands and families privacy… just kidding… I got them to look for ghosts… I have 3 ghosts in my house Iâm aware of… John is one… Shadow man… Lady without a Face… I want to get proof…

This is overall an easy to install and use surveillance system. The only real difficult step is running the wires from the camera to the DVR. The wires for our cameras were too short and we had to buy 200ft cables on amazon. However, from what we see there is no loss of picture quality, even though the Seller warns there might be. The seller is great in communicating and answering questions via email. They’re quick to reply and provide useful links. Another con, though not really a big deal is the cameras once set up are difficult to aim. Overall, we like this system and have no regrets with our purchase. I have no hesitation in recommending this system to others. Note, this is a hard wired system which does not require the internet to operate, though it can be used. It does not require a smart phone to install or use, though it can be used. The only time you do need internet and or smart phone is to view your cameras remotely. It does play audio when running live, but doesn’t play back unless you have microphones attached to each camera you want sound. An internal HHD does come with this system, it’s 1 TB. This system can work with up to a 6TB internal HDD per the seller.

Simple, Easy install. Great picture.
This system is one of the easiest systems I have yet to install. Only need internet for remote viewing. Its pretty much plug and play. Hardest thing to do is figure out where to mount the camera. If you leave the mounting base screws a bit loose you have all 3 axis to point the camera to about any position you in relation to the base mounting.The sun/rain shield is removable or you can set how far it extends by a couple inches or so. The camera shield can also be moved around the camera if you need to block some errant light source. It simply slides on/off.The switch from Day to Night system looks cleaner than most systems I have had.Over all I have found the system be quite user friendly as long as your familiar with CCTV verbiage. Even if your not anyone that can turn a screwdriver should have no issues installing this system. For the Geekier person there are options to play with.I was replacing a different manufacture PPOE CCTV system for this one. I already had a monitor and DVR shelf in place. From opening the box to one camera showing on the monitor was about 15 minutes.Overall, well done!PS. The app on the other hand can be a pistol. However., the Zosi View app is not the Main system.

AFTER WRITING DOWN THE PASSWORD FOR REFERENCE I ENJOYED THE PERFORMANCE OF THE BUILT IN SATA DISK PORTION MANAGEMENT PAGE ON THE (50 INCH HDMI CABLE CONNECTED MONITOR). MOUSE IS (RIGHT SIDE OF MOUSE CLICK ) TO GET FOR INSTANCE THE ( MENU TO APPEAR ) ON THE MONITOR SCREEN AND LEFT SIDE OF MOUSE YOU SIMPLY CHOOSE ABOUT 10 OPTIONS SUCH AS (PLAY BACK PAGE ) FOR VIEWING YOUR SATA DISK PROGRESS OF RECORDING ‘S. OR CLICK MAIN MENU FOR “FORMATTING ” ( STARTING OVER RECORDING TO ERASE UNFORTUNATE EVENTS YOU DID NOT WANT OTHERS TO SEE ) SOMEDAY SORT OF LIKE “HILLARY” DID . OR CHOOSE ADJUSTING ALL YOUR CAMERAS FOR EXCELLENT PICTURE ETC . FUN EASY IDIOT PROOF .
